Greg Skrobarczyk

Hi, I’m Greg Skrobarczyk. I’ve been part of Youth With A Mission since 1991, and my heart is for authentic faith that’s lived out in everyday life. I believe discipleship is a process, not a performance, where even failures are part of how we grow in Christ. For me, it’s not about building ministries within walls, but about forming teams that serve wholeheartedly, wherever God leads.

I studied Management and Marketing at the Silesian University of Technology and went on to complete several ministry and leadership trainings, including my DTS in Budapest, the Principles of Child and Youth Ministry school in Kona, catechetics at WSTS, and FOCOS coaching at MCI Budapest. Over the years, I’ve served in a wide range of missions roles, locally and internationally, including with MOPS, UEFA, and YWAM Central Europe. Today, I serve as a leader of King’s Kids Europe, where I get to walk with young people and families as they discover how to follow Jesus with boldness and joy.

One verse that shapes how I live and lead is 2 Corinthians 12:9:

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

It reminds me that God uses our limitations to reveal His strength—and that’s where real discipleship begins.
